Challenge:
Operating in 11 states and growing rapidly through acquisitions
and building new locations, our client did not have
the man power and expertise to conduct searches at
the senior management level. RSI’s challenge
was to secure a Director of Operations responsible
for the management and profitability of multiple retail
dentistry locations.
Action:
A strong partnership was created. RSI worked closely
with Human Resources and other hiring authorities to
create a clear understanding of the position requirements
and necessary experience needed to fulfill the goals
and objectives of the company.
