Our client--a rapidly growing international Medical
Monitoring manufacturer -- had a need for a Sales Recruitment
effort for a qualified and successful International Regional
Sales Executive who could speak a foreign language. This
person needed to have contacts within medical facilities
on an international basis and a sales track record to
prove it. They also had to have previous technical knowledge
of their products.
Challenge:
In today’s world, medical devices and biosciences
have been one our fastest growing industries creating
thousands of new roles with in the industry. This creates
a challenge when recruiting for professionals who are
experienced. For position like this, there are limited
professionals that have the amount of experience and
skills needed to be successful. On top of the technical
challenges, we have to also find a candidate that was
traveling 50% of the time to South American countries
to meet with clients. Their request was that Reaction
Search International locate, source, attract, and present
these qualified individuals as soon as possible so the
company could hit their revenue goals for that part of
the world.
Action:
With an in-depth analysis of our client’s needs,
and a lengthy discussion regarding the client’s
culture, and vision for this expansion, our Executive
Recruiting Team worked to ascertain the critical competencies
of the position and personality traits of hiring managers
and partners to build an accurate and detailed profile
of the ideal candidate.

assess and submit some of the finest talent in the marketplace
our client wanted them to be in. This process generated
ample candidates with the select criteria to help our
client to hire, train, and develop this top individual
to mesh seamlessly with their company culture.

a long-term asset to our client’s culture and
continued growth in the marketplace. We successfully
provided our client with the quality and quantity of
individuals they needed to make calculated decision
on the right candidate for the position. We allowed
our client to focus on their business and continuing
to move it forward instead of putting their work on
hold until the position was filled.
