Our client--a $150M specialty snack food manufacturer
-- had a need for a Marketing Recruiter who could experience
continued growth within the company. RSI was engaged
to source a world class marketing professional with a
proven track record in new product launch/introduction
experience.
Challenge:
Our Client is located in a small mid-west town more than
two hours form any major marketplace. It was common
knowledge that qualified talent would not be found
within the local marketplace, and that the search would
need to be conducted on a national scale in order to
attract qualified candidates that would be willing
to consider relocation.
Action:
With a thorough analysis of our client’s needs
and a lengthy discussion regarding our client’s
culture, RSI’s Recruiting Team worked with our
client to build a highly detailed position profile. Moreover,
our team assembled a very informative information packet
that provided information on the local area that could
be provided to our prospective candidates.
RSI utilized its unique search process to locate, contact,
assess and submit some of the finest talent in the local
marketplace. This process generated ample candidates
with the select criteria to help our client hire, train
and develop these top individuals to mesh seamlessly
with their company culture.
Result:
During our most recent follow-up call it was revealed
that our client’s company had just completed
an expansion that more than doubled their manufacturing
capacity to handle the increased volume. As our client
